Anniversary year 2024

We celebrate 30 years of Akademie Fresenius!

We have been organising conferences and trainings for 30 years. Independence and neutrality as well as the latest information from specialists and industry experts: This is what the name Akademie Fresenius stands for. We are pleased that for three decades we have been making our contribution to making food and beverages, consumer goods and chemicals safer, more efficient and more marketable.

We would like to thank everyone for the trust placed in us by our customers and lecturers and for the great cooperation we have always enjoyed, with a quote from the American writer Helen Keller: “Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much.“

Take a look behind the scenes of Akademie Fresenius and our development through the last three decades:

In our anniversary month we were curious and counted how many participants have attended our conferences and trainings so far: 56.442 people from all over the world. We are impressed and thankful for your trust and interest in our portfolio!

Moreover, we are proud of our 5,381 speakers in the last 30 years. With their practical experience, the experts discussed current topics from industry, science and politics. Thank you for your expertise, your knowledge, your time and your trust. We greatly appreciate our collaboration, because only with our selected speakers can we uphold our most important standards: independence and neutrality.

In our history, we had to adapt to the market and our customer's needs, which is why we started offering our events online in 2020. Our range of online seminars, workshops, tranings and conferences has grown steadily since then.

Every year, we carefully plan events in the areas of corporate environmental protection, food, chemicals as well as home and personal care. In our 30th anniversary year, we are now taking stock: 3.011 events have already taken place since 1994 – on site and online.

The logo of Akademie Fresenius

Since 1994, our circular logo (in its earlier version often referred to internally as ‘the whale skeleton’ and in its current form often referred to as ‘the swish’) has symbolised consistency and cohesion. While it has been subtly modernised over the years, the original idea remains unchanged. A contemporary design that respects our tradition and yet reflects change - a sign of development without losing its essence.
