The Classification, Labelling, and Packaging (CLP) Regulation has undergone a major revision, bringing significant changes that impact all sectors of the chemical industry. The updated rules introduce new hazard classes, labelling requirements, and classification criteria that will shape how hazardous chemicals are identified, classified, and communicated.
This conference will provide you with first hand information from the EU Commission and the European Chemicals Agency, as well as the opportunity to pose your questions directly to one of the relevant Competent Authorities, the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (BAuA). The expert presentations will aim to help you to navigate the regulatory changes and the experts will be prepared to respond to your questions.
